If you are unsatisfied with your MiddleMan for any reason, please return the product within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping charges from your location to ours.

If a shipment arrives damaged, you have two options. You can call UPS (800-789-4623) to file a claim, and go through all that paperwork (more trees wasted), or you can simply call or write Harleman Products LLC and report your MiddleMan has been damaged during shipping.

We recommend the second option.  When we receive notice from you that your MiddleMan was damaged during shipping, all we ask is that you return the damaged unit to Harleman Products LLC.  We have to ask that you pay shipping back to us.  When we receive your package, we'll have a new MiddleMan sent out either the same day,  or the next business day.
